Metal Stamping and Our Production Process

What is Metal Stamping?

Metal stamping is a manufacturing process used to convert flat metal sheets into different shapes. It is a key process in the mass production of metal components and assemblies for industries such as food service, automotive, aerospace, medical equipment, transportation, and other industries. Our parts production process is centered around our stamping presses. We are equipped to handle heavy and light material in the form of sheet, strip, coil, or bar stock. Our production processes also include a total quality control system and finishing and packaging options. We also support just-in-time delivery requirements through appropriate inventory management. Hamilton Stamping is committed to environmentally sound waste management practices as an integral part of our production processes. All metals are recycled. We use 100% biodegradable cutting oils and lubricants as well as recycled packaging materials.
